Englio
Englio is a turnkey language instruction system with the following components:
•Mobile apps designed to foster listening comprehension, speaking skills, and reading fluency
•Desktop apps for teachers to easily author lesson content, manage classes and students, and track student activity and performance
Englio uses proprietary technology to break down language into manageable chunks so that students can learn underlying language and then repeatedly listen until they gain confidence and fluency. Thanks to activities that let students take quizzes, record their own voice, build sentences, study culture and grammar, and master vocabulary, the program empowers language learners in novel ways while generating valuable feedback for teachers in the form of tracking data.
Englio is also available with ready-made content for use by clients in various fields or with content that's custom-made in response to specific client needs.
Global Leader Program for Fiber Renaissance
Shinshu University's Faculty of Textile Science and Technology and Global Leader Program for Fiber Renaissance use a custom implementation of Englio and TrueTalk to dramatically advance the English language skills of graduate students.
PocketATC
PocketATC brings TrueTalk to the field of aviation, where it helps student pilots learn complex radio phraseology and procedures for communicating with air traffic controllers. The result is that pilots in training can master in-flight radio without leaving the ground, providing a more effective and less expensive way to gain critically important skills.
